Established since 1990, Dea-Co builders is a small family business specialising in the construction of custom built homes, renovations and repairs to properties.

When building with Dea-Co you will be dealing direct with the builder Allan Deakins, who is often onsite and controls and runs all jobs. The Dea-Co team work alongside a dedicated team of suppliers and subcontractors ensuring the highest quality in workmanship and finishing on all projects is achieved.

Our contracts are fixed price. We believe that as this is usually the biggest investment being made by our clients, the flexibility of allowing our clients to choose their own fixtures and fittings and obtaining the most their budget allows is very important.
Allan will meet clients on site to discuss layout and design concepts and offers a building design service through local building designer. Dea-Co builders deliver a high quality service in all aspects of building and will build from Two Storey homes, houses on sloping sites and major renovations to decks and house repairs.

The client always comes first with Allan and his team. Building to clients specifications and being flexible with any changes is very important.
